Payment Policy
At Kelstron, we process all service payments exclusively in Ethereum (ETH) to provide our clients with the highest level of speed, security, and transparency. This Payment Policy outlines the procedures, terms, and responsibilities for completing transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Method
- Cryptocurrency: Ethereum (ETH)
- Network: Ethereum Mainnet
Payments made in any other form, network, or cryptocurrency are not accepted.
2. Payment Instructions
To complete your payment, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Send the exact invoiced amount (in ETH) to Kelstron's official wallet address:

Step 2:
Include your invoice number or project name in the transaction memo (if supported by your wallet/exchange).
Step 3:
After sending, email your transaction hash and invoice details to: hello@kelstron.co
3. Transaction Confirmation
- Payments are considered valid once confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain.
- The number of confirmations required may vary depending on the transaction size.
- Kelstron will acknowledge your payment once verified on-chain.
4. Transfer Fee Disclaimer
- Ethereum network (gas) fees are your responsibility as the sender.
- These fees are not included in your invoice total.
- Please ensure Kelstron receives the full invoiced amount after fees.
Example:
- Invoice total: $1,000 in ETH
- Wallet transfer fee: $10 in ETH
- You must send $1,010 worth of ETH to cover both invoice + fees.
Failure to include network fees may result in delayed confirmation of services until the balance is settled.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
- Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency prices, all payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
- Refunds are generally not provided except in the event of overpayment or duplicate transactions, and will be issued at Kelstron's sole discretion.
- Any refunds, if approved, will be made in Ethereum (ETH) at the exchange rate at the time of refund issuance—not at the original payment value.
6. Security & Fraud Prevention
- Kelstron's official wallet address is listed only on our secure website (kelstron.co).
- We will never request payments through alternate wallet addresses, personal messages, or third-party intermediaries.
- If you receive suspicious instructions, please contact hello@kelstron.co before sending funds.
7. Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or invoice, notify our finance team within 7 business days of the transaction at: hello@kelstron.co
8. Changes to This Policy
Kelstron reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
